A Lake Effect Snow Warning was in effect until 4 a.m. Friday for Southern Erie, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and McKean counties. Then there was a Winter Weather Advisory for Wyoming, Allegany and Potter counties until 4 a.m. Friday.
